CMCB seeks an energetic and innovative professional who enjoys connecting with a diverse community of students, faculty, staff and Board in an entrepreneurial, mission-driven work culture. He/she will help create a fresh look/feel and momentum for all of CMCB's marketing and visibility efforts, particularly towards our 100th anniversary in 2010.

Reports to CMBC's Director of Development and Marketing

Responsibilities include:

*Conceptualization, coordination and implementation of integrated marketing and branding strategies across all CMCB programs, including oversight of outside consultants as needed.
*Writing and distribution of content for CMCB print publications, website, e-blasts, brochures, advertising and press materials.
*Development of relationships and management of CMCB promotions and listings with media outlets including press, radio, TV, as well as community groups.
*Maintenance of CMCB presence on social networking sites such as MySpace, Facebook and YouTube.

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent writing skills, be well-organized, and have at least 3-4 years professional marketing experience, preferably in the non-profit sector. Bachelor's degree required; master's degree a plus. Familiarity with design software such as InDesign, Adobe Photoshop or Quark Express required. Candidates should be prepared to present and discuss a portfolio of their previous work during interviews.
