Summer Camp Director

A Director position allows you to create and run a camp, developing great managerial and leadership skills while managing a non-profit. Eligible candidates are college-age adults with experience working with youth.
Hours: Full Time, Seasonal
Information Session on November 13th, 7-8pm, Phillips Brooks House, Harvard Yard. Priority application deadline is November 20th.

* Generating funding through grants and appeals
* Hiring and managing a staff of Senior Counselors and Junior Counselors
* Developing a camp theme and curriculum
* Recruiting campers
* Partnering with community leaders to create a fun and safe summer for youth in Boston
