MAP Facebook Page Launched!

We’re on Facebook!

We at MAP are very excited to announce the official launch of our Facebook page! Through Facebook, an interactive social networking website, MAP will be able to engage directly with afterschool and out-of-school time stakeholders, particularly with youth across the Commonwealth.

Unlike a traditional website, on Facebook, users can share the responsibility of creating dialogue, posting pictures and video, and updating site content while simultaneously networking with other program participants and stakeholders. In addition to reading the site’s existing information and resources, feel free to add content of your own, publicize events and programs, and join the discussions. Please forward this information to youth in your programs and communities!

You need not have a Facebook account to access MAP’s page (at http://www.facebook.com/[…]/19669072020). However, in order to participate in discussion, add content, and interact with others, you must create your own Facebook profile.

We would like to especially thank the Nellie Mae Education Foundation for its support of MAP’s Online Networking for Youth Initiative that has made this Facebook page possible.
