Details

We opened our 3rd and completely new production of And Still We Rise! at Bromley Hall in Jamaica Plain on Friday, March 14th. It was a great success and very well received by an enthusiastic audience of almost a hundred people.

The show engages the theme of family and the effect of prison on family relationships. It has a more sophisticated sound design and a more theatrical impact overall. Audience members who had seen previous shows remarked on the significant development of the participants into more powerful and articulate performers.

We are also very excited to announce our new collaboration with the Whittier Street Health Center and its Director of Arts Therapy, Phil Speiser, PhD. Formerly the Director of the Boston Institute for Arts Therapy, Phil is eager to provide much anticipated and desired assistance in bringing And Still We Rise! to the attention of a wider community.
