City-Wide Dialogue Series on Boston's Ethnic & Racial Diversity

We invite you to participate in a new, four-session series beginning Tuesday evening, November 13. We will create a safe space to talk honestly about the painful past, the challenging present and our visions of the future in a richly diverse Boston.

If you wish to participate in this group, please register online ASAP at www.bostondialogues.org or contact Abeba Attles for information at dialoguespa@ulem.org or 617-318-1257.

Tue, Nov 13, 2007 to Mon, Dec 03, 2007

Meetings will be held 6:30-8:30pm on four consecutive Tuesdays in the South End / Roxbury area at the Harriet Tubman House.
Participation is FREE but advance registration is required so that we can form a diverse group.

Details

This group is open to residents from ANY Boston neighborhood. People who live outside Boston but who work for community organizations or agencies that serve Boston residents are also welcome to participate on a space-available basis.

The group will consist of four 2-hour sessions and will be composed of 15-20 people of diverse racial & ethnic backgrounds and two trained co-faciliators. It will meet on NOVEMBER 13, 20, 27 and December 4 (four consecutive Tuesdays). Meetings will be held 6:30-8:30pm in the South End / Roxbury area at a location within one block of an Orange Line T station. Because the dialogues are a four-session experience, participants should plan to attend all 4 sessions.
