Looking for summer programming for youth at your site? Girls’ LEAP has even more capacity to deliver programs this summer! LEAP (Lifetime Empowerment and Awareness Program) partners with local youth-serving agencies to provide safety and self-defense programming for girls ages 8-18. LEAP combines self-reflective skills with more traditional physical self-defense skills.

· Our Reflective Curriculum develops girls’ ability to identify and trust their own feelings through activities focused on risk assessment, conflict de-escalation, saying no, advocacy and setting personal boundaries.

· Our Physical Curriculum is modified for girls’ bodies and focuses on body awareness, assessing situations, and getting away safely.

Program Structure:
· The Standard Program runs twice a week, two hours per session for 4 weeks.
· Intensive Programs are offered every day for one week (Monday-Friday), 3 hours per session.
· One-time Intro Workshops are offered as well!
